Refund policy

At Bubbly & Treats, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while also ensuring fairness and efficiency in our event planning process.

Refund Terms:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of the booking fee.

• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date are non-refundable, as preparations and staffing will have already begun.

How to Cancel:

To request a refund, please contact us at info@bubblyandtreats.com with your event details. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.
